Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase HS4CC Academy membership, you are purchasing a subscription. Your subscription is automatically set to "pause" upon activation. You will not be billed for a second year unless you reactivate your subscription. This setting prevents unintended renewal, but if you don't want to renew your subscription, you must cancel it.

Frequently Asked Questions

HS4CC Academy Annual Enrollment Fee: ($199). Your benefits begin immediately; membership fees are nonrefundable.

ASU Session-based courses: Receive a full refund or ask for a course switch before any course starts. Once a course begins, students may request a course switch during the first 14 days, but refunds are not available.
ASU On-demand courses: On-demand courses begin immediately upon purchase and are nonrefundable; however, students may request a course switch during the first 14 days.
Google Certificates: Google Certificates are provided through a limited scholarship program and have no cash value.
Peterson's Test Prep subscription is nonrefundable.
As a courtesy, your first 3 refunds or course swaps are complimentary. Additional refunds or swaps after 3 carry a 10% processing fee.

Homeschooling for College Credit offers HS4CC Academy to help homeschooling families gain access to college courses, industry credentials, and expert guidance in a supportive community. Enrollment Guide

All courses are delivered online in an asynchronous format. Students never need to be in class at a specific time and can complete their coursework on a flexible schedule that fits their homeschool and family commitments. Enrollment Guide

HS4CC Academy serves students in grades 9-12 who are between the ages of 13 and 20. Enrollment Guide

Purchase an annual membership for your student.
Shop for classes in the HS4CC Academy store.
Your student will receive course enrollment and login information before classes begin.

For Siblings: You will need to use a different login for each of your HS4CC Academy accounts.

Example:

Momma1@email.com = classes for Daughter #1
Momma22@email.com = classes for Daughter #2

All colleges and universities in the HS4CC Academy are regionally accredited, the highest level of accreditation available, which offers the best chance of credit transfer.

Keep in mind that your receiving institution makes the final decision on which credits they accept for your degree/major.

The highest acceptance of dual enrollment courses will be when the student stays with the institution for their degree after high school.

ASU enrollment is very exact. Please read carefully and contact us with questions at Cookderosa@hs4cc.org

Current ASU students: you must finish your course and transcript it (if desired) prior to enrolling in HS4CC Academy. Courses that were completed but not transcribed may be deleted by ASU. Please make sure your dashboard is "clear" of pending courses.

Former & Current ASU students: Please take a moment to obtain your ASURITE ID and include it on your enrollment form with us. Accidently creating a second record will cause an enrollment delay.
