Frequently Asked Questions
Will these courses transfer?
All colleges and universities in the HS4CC Academy are regionally accredited, the highest level of accreditation available, which offers the best chance of credit transfer.
Keep in mind that your receiving institution makes the final decision on which credits they accept for your degree/major.
Who can enroll in HS4CC Academy?
We serve all motivated homeschool students age 13 and older.
How do I use this website?
- Purchase an annual enrollment.
- Shop for classes.
- We enroll you with the university.
- Begin your classes.
Note about multiple students: Each student's enrollment needs its own store account with a unique email address.
What is your refund policy?
HS4CC-Academy enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Session-based courses are fully refundable until the 1st day of class. After the 1st day of class, we are happy to offer you a course swap during the first 14-days of your class. New course must be the same price with an available seat.
On-demand courses start the day you purchase them, so they are nonrefundable; however, we are happy to offer you a course swap within 14 days of your purchase. New course must be the same price with an available seat.
After day 14 for any course, we cannot issue refunds or swaps.
To initiate a refund or swap, please contact us at billing@hs4cc.org.
What happens if our enrollment ends before my teen finishes their courses?
That's fine! Your student's class dates and schedule have nothing to do with your HS4CC Academy enrollment period.
Your enrollment only needs to be active to make purchases. You can even purchase classes on the last day of your enrollment.
Can I use ESA funding?
HS4CC Academy is an approved ESA vendor for reimbursement in Arizona and is actively pursuing approval for other states. You may download your receipt and purchase history directly from your HS4CC account. Families may submit receipts for ESA reimbursement where permitted by their state. Approval and reimbursement decisions are made by your ESA program, not HS4CC Academy.
Special alert about Arizona State University Universal Learner Courses
ASU does not allow learners to be enrolled in multiple learning programs at the same time. If your student is currently enrolled in a Universal Learner Course, they must finish that course (or unenroll) before attempting to purchase discounted ASU courses.
This only applies to ASU courses, and none of the other colleges in our system.
